The clinic is open on Tuesdays and is located at
2425 Fillmore St, San Francisco.
We also provide in-home service at an additional fee.

FEES:
Self Pay
Sliding scale $150-250. The fees for well woman care are based on your needs. Please call for a free initial consult to assess what you need and we will develop a fee structure from there.
Insurance
Most private insurance accepted. We work with a billing service to handle insurance to ensure you recieve proper coverage for care. We require payment of $250 at visit, and you will be reimbursed through your insurance.
